Editing a lead form that is attached to a live campaign will update what new users see immediately. Already-submitted leads are not affected.

Open the Lead Forms section
Click Lead Forms in the left navigation to view all your saved forms.

Open the form you want to edit
Click the form name or click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select “Edit”.

Make your changes
You can update any of the following:
- Form name (internal reference)
- Headline and description shown to users
- Form fields — add, remove, or reorder
- Required / optional status of each field
- Thank You screen headline and CTA button

Save the updated form
Click “Save Lead Form”. The updated form is applied immediately to any campaigns using it.

💡Note: It is not possible to delete a lead form that is currently attached to an active campaign. Detach it from campaigns first.
Need a new version without affecting existing campaigns? Click “Duplicate” from the three-dot menu to create a copy, then edit the duplicate independently.
