Important: Only Draft campaigns can be permanently deleted. Campaigns that are Live, Paused, or Completed will be marked as Removed — their data remains intact so your analytics and billing history are never lost.

Go to the Campaigns list
Navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar. Locate the campaign you wish to delete using the search bar or status filters.

Click the delete option
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the campaign row and select “Delete”. Alternatively, open the campaign detail page and choose “Delete Campaign” from the action menu.

Confirm the deletion
A confirmation dialog will explain the outcome based on the campaign's current status:
- Draft campaigns — will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
- All other campaigns (Live, Paused, Completed) — will be marked as Removed. They will no longer appear in your active list but can be viewed by filtering by Removed status.

💡Note: Deleted draft campaigns cannot be recovered. Removed (non-draft) campaigns can still be viewed in the Removed filter but cannot be reactivated.
To view Removed campaigns, open the Status filter on the Campaigns list and select “Removed”.
