Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: All Refunds Require Manual Review & Administrator Approval

Refunds at Geofencing.pro are not automatic. Every request undergoes a thorough manual review of campaign performance data. A refund will only be issued if the campaign demonstrably underperformed due to a platform issue and a Geofencing.pro administrator explicitly approves the request in writing. No exceptions.

The Refund Review Process

Submit a Refund Request

Email admin@geofencing.pro with your account details, campaign ID(s), the date range in question, and a clear description of why you believe the campaign underperformed.

Manual Campaign Review

Our team will manually audit your campaign — reviewing impressions delivered, targeting accuracy, bid strategy, creative performance, conversion zone data, and benchmark comparisons.

Administrator Decision

A Geofencing.pro administrator will evaluate the findings and determine eligibility. Only the administrator can approve or deny a refund request. This process typically takes 5–10 business days.

Refund Issued (If Approved)

If your request is approved, a partial or full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. You will be notified via email of the outcome either way.

1. General Refund Policy

Geofencing.pro — a venture of Big Line Data Systems — operates on a performance-based advertising model. Our general position is that all campaign spends are non-refundable, as ad impressions are delivered in real time through programmatic bidding and cannot be recalled once served. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases where a campaign demonstrates objectively poor performance due to factors within our control, a refund may be considered — but only after a thorough manual review and explicit written approval from a Geofencing.pro administrator. No refund will be issued without administrator approval, regardless of the circumstances stated in the request.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered eligible for review only if ALL of the following conditions are met: • The campaign was set up correctly per the specifications agreed upon at campaign launch • The campaign ran for a minimum of 7 days (campaigns paused or cancelled early are not eligible) • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, CTR, delivery) fall significantly below reasonable industry benchmarks as determined by our team • The underperformance is demonstrably caused by a technical failure or error on our platform — not by external factors such as poor creative, incorrect targeting parameters set by the client, low budget, market conditions, or seasonal fluctuations • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the campaign end date • The account is in good standing with no outstanding balances Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund — it only qualifies the request for manual review.

3. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

The following circumstances are explicitly excluded from refund consideration: • Dissatisfaction with results that are within normal programmatic advertising performance ranges • Campaigns that ran as technically specified but did not achieve the advertiser's hoped-for business outcomes (leads, sales, foot traffic) • Poor creative performance — ad click-through rates and engagement depend heavily on creative quality, which is the client's responsibility • Incorrect targeting parameters or campaign settings entered by the client at setup • Changes in market conditions, competitive landscape, or seasonality • Campaigns cancelled or paused by the client before the agreed run time completes • Budget-related limitations — campaigns with very low daily budgets may have limited reach • Requests submitted after 14 days from the campaign end date • Accounts with outstanding payment obligations • White-label agency campaigns — the agency is responsible for managing client expectations and refund requests from their own clients • Any campaign where the client materially changed targeting, creative, or budget mid-flight

4. The Manual Review Process

All refund requests undergo a rigorous manual review by our team. During the review, we analyze: • Total impressions delivered vs. contracted volume • Geofencing accuracy and conversion zone data • Bid win rates and inventory availability during the campaign period • Click-through rates compared to vertical benchmarks • Creative assets and their quality/specifications • Any platform-side technical issues logged during the campaign period • Campaign configuration and whether it was set up as agreed Our team may request additional information or supporting documentation from you during the review process. Failure to provide requested information within 5 business days will result in automatic denial of the request.

5. Administrator Approval Requirement

A refund will only be issued upon explicit written approval from a Geofencing.pro administrator. This means: • No refund is automatic — every request requires human review and a deliberate decision • Customer service or account manager acknowledgment of your complaint does NOT constitute refund approval • Approval must be communicated in writing via email from an @geofencing.pro email address • Verbal commitments or informal assurances do not constitute administrator approval • The administrator's decision is final We take this process seriously to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the integrity of our platform.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved, it may be partial rather than full. Partial refunds are calculated based on: • The proportion of campaign delivery that failed or underperformed due to a platform issue • Impressions delivered vs. impressions that should have been delivered • The administrator's assessment of fair compensation for documented underperformance For example, if a campaign delivered 60% of expected impressions due to a platform-side technical issue, a refund of approximately 40% of the affected spend may be approved — not 100%.

7. Campaign Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a running campaign: • Active campaigns can be paused or cancelled from your dashboard at any time • Spend already delivered at the time of cancellation is non-refundable • If a campaign has not started yet (pre-launch), you may request cancellation within 24 hours of campaign setup for a full refund, subject to administrator review • Scheduled future campaigns cancelled more than 48 hours before their start date may be eligible for a credit (not a cash refund) to be used toward a future campaign • Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expire after 90 days

8. How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request, email us at: admin@geofencing.pro Your request must include: • Full name and email address on the account • Campaign ID(s) and campaign name(s) • Campaign start and end dates • Amount paid and payment reference number • A detailed explanation of the claimed underperformance • Any supporting data or screenshots from your dashboard Incomplete requests will not be processed. 9. Changes to This Policy

Geofencing.pro reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This policy was last reviewed and updated on March 14, 2026.
